Convert your ANZ Bank Statement to Excel & CSV

Preparing taxes, a mortgage application, or a budget from your ANZ statement usually means manual data entry. StatementSheet skips that step and exports the transaction table directly.

Parsed in your browser Balance reconciliation Generic parser

ANZ statements are handled by our generic geometry parser, which detects the header row, infers the columns, and reconstructs each transaction regardless of the exact layout ANZ uses.

Australian statements use DD/MM/YYYY and debit/credit columns, which are normalised into a single signed amount. The parser then reconciles the statement automatically: it checks the running balance wherever it can read one, ties the transactions to the closing balance it read, and flags anything that does not add up.

Digital ANZ PDFs are parsed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. If your statement is a scan, on-device OCR recovers the text right on your device; an unreadable page is sent to cloud OCR only if you explicitly approve it.

ANZ statement FAQ

Is my ANZ statement uploaded to a server?

No. Text-based ANZ PDFs are parsed in your browser with JavaScript, so the file never leaves your device. Scanned statements are OCR'd on-device too; an unreadable page is sent to cloud OCR only if you explicitly approve it.

Which ANZ account types work?

Checking, savings and credit-card style ANZ statements all work. The parser reads the transaction table regardless of account type and reconciles the running balance wherever our parser can read one.

Can I export ANZ transactions to CSV for QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes. Download a clean CSV with consistent Date, Description, Debit, Credit, Amount and Balance columns that imports directly into QuickBooks, Xero, Wave or Excel.

What if a row looks wrong?

Any row that breaks the running balance is highlighted in the editable preview grid. Fix the cell inline and your correction flows straight into the .xlsx and CSV download.
