Try before you buy

StatementSheet has a free tier so you can confirm it converts your statements correctly before paying. We encourage you to test your bank's format on the free allowance first.

One-time credit packs

If you purchased a pay-as-you-go or Pro credit pack and have used few or no credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the unused portion. If most of the pack has been consumed, we may decline or prorate the refund. We always try to make it right.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time yourself — open your account and click Manage billing — or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month once it has begun, unless required by law.

Billing problems

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe credits were not applied to your account, contact us right away and we will investigate and correct it.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
