Is my Wise statement uploaded to a server?
No. Text-based Wise PDFs are parsed in your browser with JavaScript, so the file never leaves your device. Scanned statements are OCR'd on-device too; an unreadable page is sent to cloud OCR only if you explicitly approve it.
Which Wise account types work?
Checking, savings and credit-card style Wise statements all work. The parser reads the transaction table regardless of account type and reconciles the running balance wherever our parser can read one.
Can I export Wise transactions to CSV for QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Download a clean CSV with consistent Date, Description, Debit, Credit, Amount and Balance columns that imports directly into QuickBooks, Xero, Wave or Excel.
What if a row looks wrong?
Any row that breaks the running balance is highlighted in the editable preview grid. Fix the cell inline and your correction flows straight into the .xlsx and CSV download.
